BBQ Recipe - Aikzhou's Creation

http://www.emailcashpro.com

I haven't been writing my blog for a couple of weeks infact, I think it's been a month I last posted anything. Here I am again, but this will be a short one.. Cuz I just wanna share a recipe that is my own creation. Hehehe... this is a new twist to the previous recipe I created a year ago around the same time this year.

The story begins when my close-circled friends wanted to have a BBQ party last year. I didn't know why but they kinda setup the whole BBQ party thing very suddenly and at the very last minute. Thus, I ended up with the chicken wings and the lamb chops. It was my responsibilities of marinating `em.

Shessh! I can cook a decent meal but marinating chicken wings and lamb chops for BBQ!? I never ever marinated anything before and I took it to task seriously. To show my seriousness, I went to Tesco and sniff at every god darn spices I can get my hands on or rather my nose on. Hahaha... :) Then I ended up with a couple of simple yet extremely charming spices.

The following is what I used :

1. Lots of raw garlics finely chopped. (and I mean really lots of it!)

2. 3 tablespoon of Pure Olive Oil. (add more if you like, besides.. olive oil is healthy!)

3. Crush black peppers. (err.. no advice on how much you need to use as its dependent on how much 'heat' you wanna add into your lamb meat)

4. A pinch of salt

5. Some shake of Mccormick Basil Leaves

6. 4 sticks of Cinnamon (roughly about 5cm each)

After you have mix it properly, please make sure you seal it up properly before putting it into the fridge overnight for the seasoning to be absorb into the meat.

I hope you will enjoy this personal recipe of mine!
